Bei der Paris Fashion Week folgt man unter anderem den Ruf der großen Namen, um die neuesten Entwürfe der Designer zu bestaunen. Mich hat es die letzte Saison jedoch nach Paris verschlagen, um eine mir noch unbekannte Marke, eine, die in der Welt der Lingerie aber sehr wohl einen Namen hat, kennenzulernen. Die Rede ist von Simone Pérèle, ein Label, das Komfort und Weiblichkeit ästhetisch vereint – und das schon seit 1948, in der dritten Familiengeneration. Ein paar Eindrücke meines Entdeckungstrips gibt es hier und jetzt im Travel Diary.

With delicious lunch at the Italian restaurant Da Roco, we all got to know each other a bit. Not only Stéphanie Pérèle, also international bloggers were there: Ludivine from Paris and Hannah from London. Afterwards, we went to the Simone Pérèle Store on Rue François Miron 84, very close to the „hot and trendy“ arrondissement Marais. There we could see, touch and try all models.

After a long long taxi ride we arrived at the headquarter and were allowed to look behind the scenes. I’ve never seen so many bra’s in an office, that’s for sure ;) From the inspiration, the fabrics, the cuts and the prototypes (which, by the way, are always tried by the women from the office, hehe), it was really interesting to see what stands behind the name – by all means a lot of women’s power. Each bra is redesigned and adapted in every size to provide the best support and maximum comfort. Not for nothing did the successful story of the brand began with the words „To reveal all the beauty of women, we must first free their bodies.“ by Simone Pérèle.

Am nächsten Tag hatten wir das Fitting, bei dem wir individuell beraten wurden und uns unsere Lieblingsstücke aussuchen durften. ich entscheid mich für ein Set, welches ihr im Header-Bild seht: Ein Strapless-BH (mit optionalen Trägern), eine für mich untypische Wahl, da ich sonst eher zu Triangel-BHs greife, doch dieser saß so gut und war so bequem, dass ich diese Gelegenheit nutzen sollte. Dazu noch den passenden Slip, der nahtlos ist und somit garantiert abdruckfrei ist.
Ich bin froh dieses Lingerie Label kennengelernt zu haben und vielleicht konnte ich den ein oder anderen ebenso davon begeistern (denn wie gesagt, obwohl die Marke in Frankreich so groß ist, mir war sie total neu). Simone Pérèle gibt es zum Beispiel hier bei Breuninger zu kaufen.
After a little break at our hotel, the Burgundy Hotel Paris, we finished the long day with a nice dinner at restaurant Minipalais. I tried escargots for the first time. And what can I say? I loved it! And where else should I try it, if not in Paris, right?
The next day we had the fitting in individual sessions where we could choose our favorite pieces. I decided for a set, which you see in the header picture: A strapless bra (with optional straps), an untypical choice for me, as I would rather reach for triangle bras, but this bra fitted so well and was so comfortable that I should take this opportunity. In addition, I got the matching slip, which is seamless and thus guaranteed no VPL ;)
I’m glad to have gotten introduced with this label and maybe I could inspire the one or the other as well (as I said, although the brand is real big in France, it was totally new to me). Simone Pérèle can be bought here at Breuninger, for example.
